SK-II's new serum

SK-II, makers of Cate Blanchett's favorite face potions, have a new elixir on the market—New Signs Wrinkle Serum, a light cream that claims to "stop wrinkles in their tracks".I was first introduced to SK-II by a fabulous male friend of mine a few years ago. "It's the only sh*t that works," he declared, echoing the words of Ms. Blanchett, who says "SK-II isn't part of my skincare regime, it is my skincare regime."
Pitera, the magical ingredient in SK-II products, was discovered about thirty years ago, when a scientist noticed that the hands of workers at a Japanese saké brewery were unusually beautiful and young. Five years of research later, and Pitera was pin-pointed as being the cause.
I've been using their mainstay essence combined with the new Wrinkle Serum for the last month or so, and am glowing so much I should be pregnant. The vitamin-packed serum leaves your skin lightly tingling, and my fine lines are fully aware of who's the boss. I like to think of SK-II Signs as reins for my wrinkles.
Signs Wrinkle Serum is $200 at Saks Fifth Avenue and Bloomingdales.
